These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through Unnamedthebrand.com.

Before placing an order, customers are given the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the applicable mandatory consumer law will prevail.

Unnamedthebrand aims to display and describe all products as accurately as possible.

Product photographs, colours and other visual representations are intended to provide an accurate representation of the product. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's device, screen settings or lighting.

Minor differences between a product and its representation on the website do not automatically constitute a defect.

Obvious errors or mistakes in product descriptions, prices or other information do not bind Unnamedthebrand where this is permitted by applicable law.

All products are subject to availability.

All consumer prices displayed on Unnamedthebrand.com include applicable VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise and are displayed before the customer completes the order.

Unnamedthebrand may change its prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been concluded.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, Unnamedthebrand reserves the right to correct the error in accordance with applicable law.

An order is placed when the customer completes the checkout process and submits the order.

After the order has been placed, the customer will receive an electronic order confirmation.

Unnamedthebrand reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, for example in the event of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, payment problems or when a product is unexpectedly unavailable.

If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by Unnamedthebrand, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Payment is made through the payment methods available during Shopify Checkout.

The available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's country, device or other circumstances.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payment must be completed when the order is placed.

The customer is responsible for providing correct billing and payment information.

If a customer wishes to change or cancel an order, they should contact info@unnamedthebrand.com as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can still be changed or cancelled once processing has started.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled as an unprocessed order. The customer may then make use of the applicable return and withdrawal rights.

This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Unnamedthebrand currently ships to the Netherlands and countries within the European Union.

For orders within the Netherlands, the following shipping rates apply:

• Eligible letterbox shipment: €3.95
• Standard parcel shipment: €6.75
• Free shipping on orders of €100 or more

Letterbox shipping is only available for orders that meet the applicable size, weight and carrier requirements. Available shipping options are shown during checkout.

For other destinations within the European Union, shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Orders are generally shipped using PostNL, DHL or another appropriate delivery partner.

Estimated delivery times are:

The Netherlands: approximately 2–4 business days
European Union: approximately 5–7 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of Unnamedthebrand or the delivery partner.

Where mandatory law provides the customer with additional rights in relation to delayed delivery, those rights remain unaffected.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Consumers purchasing online generally have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the product, subject to any statutory exceptions.

Where several products from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, has received the last relevant product where required by applicable law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Unnamedthebrand of the decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.

Customers may contact info@unnamedthebrand.com or use another withdrawal method made available by Unnamedthebrand.

After notifying Unnamedthebrand of the withdrawal, the customer must return the relevant products within the statutory return period, which is generally 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

During the withdrawal period, customers may inspect and try on a product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit, comparable to what would normally be permitted in a physical store.

Returned products should, where reasonably possible:

• be unworn other than for fitting;
• be unwashed;
• contain the original tags;
• be returned with the supplied accessories, where applicable; and
• be appropriately packaged for return.

The absence of original packaging or tags does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights. However, the customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, to the extent permitted by law.

The direct costs of returning a product under the statutory right of withdrawal are borne by the customer, unless Unnamedthebrand states otherwise.

If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or an incorrect product has been sent, customers should contact info@unnamedthebrand.com.

Where Unnamedthebrand is legally responsible for the return costs, these costs will not be charged to the customer.

Where the customer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, Unnamedthebrand will refund the payments that must legally be reimbursed, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option where required by law.

If the customer selected a more expensive shipping option than the standard delivery method offered by Unnamedthebrand, the additional shipping cost does not have to be refunded where permitted by law.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Unnamedthebrand may withhold reimbursement until the returned products have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory period.

Sale and discounted products are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price products.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, an eligible sale item may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period and the customer will receive the refund to which they are legally entitled.

Any additional voluntary return rights offered by Unnamedthebrand may be subject to separate conditions.

Customers may request an exchange for another size of the same product, for example from size S to M or from M to L.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers wishing to exchange a product should contact info@unnamedthebrand.com.

If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may use the applicable return rights instead.

The exchange policy does not limit the customer's statutory right of withdrawal.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one promotional or discount code may be used per order.

Discount codes cannot normally be combined with another discount code unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, must be used within any applicable validity period, and may be subject to product, order value or other promotional restrictions communicated with the promotion.

Unnamedthebrand reserves the right to cancel or refuse the use of a promotional code in cases of misuse, fraud or obvious error, to the extent permitted by law.

Unnamedthebrand is responsible for ensuring that products comply with the agreement and applicable statutory conformity requirements.

If a customer receives a product that is defective, damaged or different from what was ordered, the customer should contact info@unnamedthebrand.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant information about the issue.

Where the product does not comply with the agreement, the customer is entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits statutory warranty or conformity rights.

Unnamedthebrand is responsible for losses for which it is legally liable under applicable law.

Unnamedthebrand is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances that cannot reasonably be attributed to Unnamedthebrand.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any mandatory consumer rights.

Unnamedthebrand will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform its obligations where performance is prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Such circumstances may include, for example, major transport disruptions, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, government measures, strikes, war, widespread technical failures or other exceptional events.

If such circumstances materially affect an order, Unnamedthebrand will take reasonable steps to inform the customer and find an appropriate solution.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If a customer has a complaint regarding a product, order or service, they can contact info@unnamedthebrand.com.

Please include sufficient information to allow us to identify the order and understand the complaint.

Unnamedthebrand will endeavour to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. If more time is reasonably required, the customer will be informed.

Personal data provided in connection with an order or use of the website will be processed in accordance with the Unnamedthebrand Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Unless otherwise stated, the content of Unnamedthebrand.com, including the Unnamed name, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, texts and other brand materials, is owned by or licensed to Unnamed VOF and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior permission where such permission is legally required.

Unnamedthebrand may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order are generally those made available to the customer at the time the order was placed, subject to mandatory law.

The latest version will be published on Unnamedthebrand.com together with the date of the most recent update.

These Terms & Conditions and agreements between Unnamedthebrand and consumers are governed by Dutch law.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers residing in another EU country of mandatory consumer protection provided by the law that would otherwise apply to them.

The parties should first attempt to resolve complaints or disputes directly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under the applicable legal rules.
